The actors, models, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in visual media produced by Pristine Horizons, LLC (under the "House of All Eyes" imprint) were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such.

All other visual media produced by Pristine Horizons, LLC (under the "House of All Eyes" and "nudo modo" imprints) are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual media do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D)

The original records require from the primary producer of said video and visual media and pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for all materials produced by Pristine Horizons, LLC (under imprints) are kept by the following Custodian of Records:
